I got a text that the technician was on the way, arrived on time as previously scheduled, listened to my concerns and treated them promptly, and then serviced the outside of my house. Can't ask for better service than that!

Best customer service ever
If I could give more stars, I would. Best customer service and most honest company EVER. June of 2024, my husband and I saw a brown recluse dead in our home. I immediately called a big box store that I knew of and had them come out. They told me I had an infestation and would need immediate attic remediation. I got a quote for $10,000 and decided maybe we would start with a dusting of delta dust and glue traps. The company said they would be out weekly for four weeks to monitor the traps and gave me a number to text if I encountered any issues. After a month or two and the company not once returning to check the traps despite multiple attempts to contact them, we found a couple more brown recluses dead on the traps. That’s when I called Redefined Pest. I called at 10:30 expecting to wait a week or two for the schedule to open and someone to come treat my home. Two HOURS later, Jake came and did a full inspection for free. Not only did I find out I overpaid, I also found out I didn’t have an infestation. He gave me the best course of action for my monthly treatments and was honest, kind, and helpful. If you are currently using a big box store, SWITCH NOW. It will be the best decision for you and your home!!

Jake, the owner of Redefined Pest Solutions, called me back after I left a message to set up an appointment. He came himself and was just as personal and professional as I heard on our first phone conversation. He spent a good 1.5 hours at our home performing the first indoor/outdoor spray and termite bay station setup around the house! Totally comprehensible visit!
